"Why do we fast, but you do not see?  Why humble ourselves, but you do not notice?"  Look, you fast only to quarrel and to fight and to strike with a wicked fist.  Such fasting as you do today will not make your voice heard on high...Is not this the fast that I choose:  toloose the bonds of injustice, to undo the thongs of the yoke, to let the oppressed fo free, and to break every yoke?  Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover them, and not to hide yourself from your own kin?"

NONSENSE

The ideas many may have that it is their necks of the line and risks at this time can be avoided is poppycock.  If you are in the ship you had better do your part to keep it maintained and cared for.  Any thoughts that small businesses will make it by ducking heads and riding the waves will see a decline in their ability to kick off as things get better.

It appears the road is steering us on a path toward accountability to each other, but where will the pitfall be in that?  Blame the frustrations of the past year toward a variety of people--bankers, the Fed, Congress and on and on; however, any single person’s decisions did not bring this about.

Large or small, everyone has their responsibilities.

Still, "don’t strip the moral dimension away from the people making the big decisions." *

"...although he (Einstein) rejected the churches he had
a Spiinoza-like belief in a cosmic religious force.  He
regarded this as an eternal spiritual being that communicates
